Toano Historical Society is hosting a fall event for THS members!
Please join us to hear the latest news from THS. You will get an update on the Farinholt house restoration and have the opportunity to purchase the THS 2024 calendar which features paintings of Toano’s historic buildings by local artist Bill Shockley.
Joey Houska, a senior at William & Mary, will be discussing an ongoing research project in collaboration with the Toano Historical Society. This project will culminate in an interactive walking tour around town that will invite both residents and tourists alike to look into Toano's past and invest in its future.
A Taste of Toano: Join Maureen Anderson with the Toano Open Air Market and local food expert Michael Kellum (as seen on Wavy TV10) as they discuss the market and demonstrate the bounty that local producers have to offer. Sampling is strongly encouraged!
WHEN: Thursday, October 26, 2023 6pm - 8pm. Hor d'oeuvres, desserts by hohl, wine from Jolene's Winery, beer and non-alcoholic drinks will be served.

Additional parking is available behind the Masonic Lodge, the Old Bank Building and across the street.
